Hakim´s Large Cups

These cups are completely handmade by Hakim, from the mixing of the finest `aswanley ´ clay (from Aswan) to the shaping on a manual foot pedal pottery wheel to the drawing, painting and firing in his kiln. 

Every cup is a work of art, they are both functional and a celebration of heritage.

Size : height 8-9cm ,diameter approx 7.5cm 

Capacity: approx. 250- to 300ml.

Material :Fire clay from Aswan 

All of our Fayoum Pottery is meticulously crafted by hand, which means there may be slight imperfections, subtle variations in color, and minor differences in sizing. We embrace these nuances as they capture the inherent beauty and charm of handmade items.

Care instructions:

Please do not place in the microwave, directly on top of a burner, or in the oven.

We recommend hand washing in warm water and drying. Avoid using harsh scrubbing cream or pads to clean as this can scratch the surface. 

These pieces  are meant to be used, held and enjoyed on a daily basis. Proper care and handling of the pieces will help retain their beauty and function for years
